Welcome to Pilates and Yoga Fusion.
You will find all of the live recordings from our weekly zoom classes plus your self paced content library, including specialised classes and workshops with, Pilates, Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork and much more.
Weekly Class Recordings
These sessions are directly recorded from our live teaching classes and available to all for 4 weeks after the class.
Four Part Pilates Progression Series
Each session builds on the previous, so if you are a beginner, this is defiantly a fantastic place to start. Equally if you feel more advanced, this is a wonderful foundations reminder.
Workshops and Guest Teachers
We will be inviting guest teachers to add there magic to our community.
These will be add hoc and also be available for viewing for up to 4 weeks after the events.
